Synergia supported Horizon Travel in conducting its Materiality Assessment, laying the groundwork for a structured and forward-looking approach to sustainability. Through a step-by-step methodology, Synergia guided the company from an initial review of its current position to the definition of its sustainability priorities. The process included:

• a benchmark and gap analysis against industry peers and international sustainability practices, identifying strengths and areas for improvement,
• the development of a preliminary list of material topics, which served as the starting point for dialogue,
• internal and external focus groups, through which employees and key stakeholders evaluated and refined these topics, resulting in the final list of material issues.

Building on these findings, Synergia supported Horizon Travel in developing its Sustainability Strategy, translating the material topics into clear priorities and actions. The Materiality Assessment provides the company with a solid basis for informed decision-making and responsible growth in the travel sector.
