ZAMBELIS LIGHTS: SUSTAINABILITY REPORT, A MILESTONE FOR THE COMPANY

Synergia supported Zambelis Lights in the development of its first Sustainability Report (2024), establishing a structured and holistic ESG approach. Acting as a strategic partner, Synergia led the design of the reporting framework, content development, and alignment with international sustainability standards. The report is structured around the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) pillars, presenting both environmental performance and the company’s responsible operating and governance practices in a clear and coherent manner. The report includes information related to: 

• carbon emissions measurement, energy efficiency, and circular economy initiatives,
• employees and stakeholder engagement,
• as well as governance policies, procedures, and transparency mechanisms.

 The Sustainability Report 2024 represents a foundational milestone for Zambelis Lights, strengthening transparency, supporting responsible growth, and setting the basis for continuous improvement and long-term value creation.
